How long does it take to set up Tabula?

Accepted Answer

A standard setup takes 10–15 minutes. On first launch the setup wizard asks for the restaurant name, type, VAT rate and owner PIN; a default menu arrives matching your restaurant-type profile. You edit the items at your own prices or import them from your Trendyol GO panel. We provide free remote setup support.

Will my sales stop if the internet drops?

Accepted Answer

No. Tabs, tables, menu, orders, payment records, the bill receipt and reports work without internet — the data is already on your own computer. The internet kicks in for Trendyol GO / Getir Yemek orders and the QR menu. If the connection drops it queues online orders and sends them when it returns; no order is lost, service doesn’t stop.

Where is my data stored? Is it safe?

All of it on your own computer — an encrypted local database, hourly automatic backup, a portable file. The data doesn’t go to the cloud. If you wish, you can copy it to another computer and continue there. PIN-based role permissions and a permanent “who did what and when” activity log come as standard.

Which delivery platforms are integrated?

Trendyol GO and Getir Yemek are integrated. Orders land straight on your tab screen; accept, prep time, store open/close and courier tracking are managed from one screen, and your menu and price changes reflect to both platforms. Yemeksepeti integration is on the roadmap; same flow, same screen — just one more channel.

Question 5

What is the QR menu system? Is there an extra charge?

The QR menu system is included free in both packages. When customers scan the QR at the table they see your digital, photo menu on their phones; menu changes reflect instantly. Calling a server is included too.

Is my printer and computer hardware compatible?

Accepted Answer

Tabula works with ESC/POS-compatible thermal receipt printers over network or USB. On the computer side Windows 10/11 (64-bit), an i3-class processor and 4 GB RAM are enough — it runs comfortably even on a years-old POS computer.

How many branches or computers does it support?

Accepted Answer

Right now it’s a single app that runs independently on each computer; for multiple branches you do a separate install at each branch. (On the Trendyol GO side, multiple stores can be managed from one app.) Multi-device sync — a server tablet, a separate kitchen screen — is on the roadmap.
